Antique 1890 Greentown Dewey Yellow Vaseline Glass Small Butter Dish with Cover Lid. The Dewey pattern aka Flower Flange was introduced in 1898 and produced by Indiana Tumbler & Goblet Company, Greentown, IN. Company Operated from 1894-1899. This is an authentic piece of Dewey and you can see that by the leaves on the finial. The right leaf tip is pointed downward. In MINT condition. Lid and bowl have a few tiny air bubbles and straw marks.
Small Butter - 4 1/2" T with lid, bowl 2" T x 5" dia, lid 2 4/8" T x 3 7/8" dia, 3 foot base 4" dia. Weight 1 lb. 2 oz. Proper packaging and insured.
